The Players had their most successful year ever at the 6th Annual NH Theatre Awards, held Saturday February 2nd, 2008, at the Palace Theatre in Manchester.  Our October 2007 production of "Charles Dickens' Ghost Stories," and original play by our own David Preece, won  five top awards -- more than any other community theater group this year.  In the community theater, non-musical category, "Ghost Stories" brought home:

BEST DIRECTOR - Wally Pineault

BEST SET DESIGN - Jim Webber

BEST LIGHTING DESIGN - Wally Pineault 

The Players also placed in the top three for three other awards:

BEST COSTUMES - Mary Corsetti & Janet Dare, Ghost Stories
